Long-only equal-weight portfolio of 28 Hyperliquid HIP-3 AI-infrastructure company perps. Rebalances on the first U.S. trading day of each month, hourly from 11:00 AM through 3:00 PM ET until within a 5% relative weight-drift band. Uses $10,000 economic capital, $100,000 max notional, a 5% notional reserve, 10x per-contract venue leverage, 100 bps maximum slippage, and pauses at a 20% capital loss.
